I recently started learning to play guitar but the book I purchased doesn’t really have chords in it. I would prefer to learn chords because I just want to sing and play acoustic guitar. I already have played piano for 15 years and teach, so I know how to read music, although I am just picking up reading tabs as well. Any books you recommend to learn chords easy and fast?

My brother got in a fender bender. He is 16 and got his license about 9 months ago. The other car wasnt badly damaged, just minor. We live in California. Anyone know about how much his insurance policy will go up?

I want to start to learn how to play a guitar, but I’m mixed between starting with an electric or an acoustic. I don’t want to get both at once, since I’m not even sure if I would like playing it (I’ve been playing piano for a while, I want to try out somethin new). Which should I start with?

I bought a Fender untreated cloth to polish and clean my guitars with. I just used it and now i want to wash it. Do i just put it in the washing machine, do i hand wash it, or what do i do?

I’ve been playing guitar for 3 years now and can play songs like classical gas etc and am thinking about switching to electric guitar. How hard will it be for me to transfer to electric guitar and play solos and bends etc??? Will it take long?? Also I’m thinking of buying an ibanez grg121EX- people have told me its suited for heavy metal guitar but could i play old school rock or even blues if i wanted on it?
