I am leasing a car, got in a little fender bender, front bumber got a crack in it. Should be about 0 to fix, do I get it fixed or sinced it is leased should I not worry about it? I am planning on fixing it but a co-worker said just let it go. Any suggestions.
so i got into a fender bender. A car hit me from behind while i was at a yield sign and bent my bumper. No police were called yet we exchanged information..insurance, phone number, and wrote license plates number. I was also out of state when this accident happened. Will i regret not calling the police because it can be an easier situaion for the other person to get out of paying because i live in another state?
I’ve never gotten into a major accident and the only fender bender i got into there was barely any damage but it was the other guys fault so i called the cops to see what i should do. When the officer showed up he gave the other guy a ticket and told me my insurance would go up if i filed a claim even though it wasnt my fault. In this type of accident (where both cars are still driveable) I am wondering what to do about insurance and documenting everything without anyone having to get a citation.

Someone told me I shouldn’t replace the fender because the original part is valuable. He said if I replace the fender, the value of my car will go down. Is this true?

I got into a fender bender on Saturday. I don’t have any insurance so the girl was nice enough not to call the police. I told her to get an estimate and I’ll take care of whatever damages I did. Well, her estimate is way, way too much. There was only a baby dent in her rear bumper. What should I do so I don’t get ripped off? Should I go with her and get another estimate?
its not like you have the number for whatever local police is closest, are you supposed to dial 911 or something else? Obviously if its a bad accident dial 911, but im talking about a fender bender.
I have good mechanical skills but have never tried to install a fender before. Im doing this for a friend and wanted to see how hard it was before I tackled it. Does anybody have any pointers? Thanks
